Dealbest Rewards
How can I earn rewards points or check my Dealbest rewards level and balance?
You automatically earn 1 rewards point for every dollar spent. As you collect your Dealbest rewards points, you become eligible to reach different rewards levels and can enjoy permanent discount.
To check your rewards balance you simply need to login to your account or create your new Dealbest account for free at any time. Once you login to your account you will be able to view the rewards points your have earned as well as your current rewards level.

How can I redeem my rewards?
You will need to login to your Dealbest account to view your rewards level discount code and apply the discount code at checkout. Please note that the discount code associated with your account will need to be added during the checkout process and can no longer be applied after the order is placed.
Do I need to sign in before making a purchase to earn my rewards points or to use my Dealbest rewards level discount code?
You do not have to sign in to your Dealbest account first to earn rewards points when making a purchase or to use the discount code associated with your rewards level, however you would need to use the same email address associated with your Dealbest account for all orders to ensure new rewards points are added to your rewards balance and to ensure your rewards level discount code is accepted at checkout. Please note that rewards points or balances for multiple accounts cannot be combined.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Dealbest orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours Estimated shipping times are noted on product pages. For more information please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Will all my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, this includes combined shipping.
Orders
How can check the status of my Dealbest orders and track my items?
To view your order status and track your items please refer to the "order confirmation email" or the "shipping notification email" you have received from us.
Simply click on the "View your order" button and you will be directed to your order status page.
Under the "Order Tracking" section you will see your order items and the tracking numbers. To track your items click on the "Track" button.
Please note: It may take a few days for tracking information to appear or get updated.
If you have created a Dealbest account you can simply login and head to the "My Account" section to view your order history and track your orders.
Can I change or cancel my Dealbest order?
All orders are processed as soon as they are received to ensure they are delivered as quickly as possible; for this reason, we may not be able to cancel confirmed orders.
Can I return an item I purchased at Dealbest?
At Dealbest your satisfaction is our number one priority that is why returning a faulty or incorrectly supplied product will not come at an extra cost to our customers. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

How can I check the status of my Dealbest orders and review my order history?
To review your order history simply login and head to the "My Orders" section under " My Account". Click on the order number you require to review for order details. If your order item has been shipped you will see a "Check Order Status" link. Simply click on the link to track the status or your order.
How can I update my details or permanently delete my account?
To update your shipping addresses for your Dealbest account, login and head to the "My Addresses" section under "My Account". You will be able to add a new address, update an existing address and select a default address.
To change your email address please contact us via our Contact us page. One of our team members will get in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm that your new email address has been updated in our system. We recommend you follow these steps to ensure your previously earned reward points and purchase history remain up to date.
You can send us a request to delete your account at anytime by contacting us via our Contact us page. One of our team members will get in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm that your account has been deleted.
